There are levemetes scattered across Eorzea, offering one or more of the four types of leves. It is wise to be aware of where they can be found and which leves they offer. Every levemete in the wild is located near an aetheryte, and each city-state has one at the Adventurers' Guild that serves as a sort of hub.

Battlecraft leves are offered by every levemete, so the accompanying table can be used as a master list of levemetes. All three city-states follow a similar pattern: one levemete and camp serves level 1 and 5 leves, another serves level 20 and 25 leves, while two other levemetes serve levels 10 and 15. Above level 25, things become less predictable. There are only two levemetes per level tier at this point, and only one at level 45. This means that not every city-state has Battlecraft leves available at each level.
Adventurers are of course free to complete leves anywhere regardless of their nationality or Grand Company affiliation. However, the levemetes in the Adventurers' Guild in each city-state will only offer leves for their own region. The list of currently available leves is random and shared between the Adventurers' Guild levemete and the levemetes at each camp. It is always possible to simply travel to the leve location and pick up new leves, but you won't see different leves available for the same level from different levemetes. The leve list will change whenever a leve is completed. There is no city-state levemete for Coerthas or Mor Dhona, so leves in these locations must be accepted on-site.
Fieldcraft Leves
Fieldcraft leves are structurally similar to battlecraft leves, in that they are available from both the on-site levemete and the Adventurers' Guild levemete, and the leve itself is performed at the camp away from the city-state. However, their leve list differs in that it is organized by guild rather than by location, and there is only one levemete offering fieldcraft leves per level tier per class. Not only that, all fieldcraft leves are found in a single location at level 20 and above. You can accept any level 20 fieldcraft leve from Nyell in Quarrymill, but only the Botanist leves are available from Gontrant in Gridania. Despite being in the Shroud, level 20 Miner leves are nonetheless offered by Eustace in Ul'dah, and level 20 Fisher leves are offered by T'mokkri in Limsa Lominsa.
Like battlecraft leves, fieldcraft leves are available randomly. Only two are shown at any given time of the four available for each class at each tier. Fisher leves differ somewhat from Miner and Botanist leves in that they require item hand-ins (like tradecraft leves) rather than an actual initiated mission. Note that below level 10, all Fisher leves are handed in to Unsynwilf in Limsa Lominsa. They are handed in at the camp associated with the leve at all higher levels.
Tradecraft Leves
The breakdown of levemetes is perhaps most important when doing tradecraft leves, because each leve is available from only one levemete. Like fieldcraft leves, tradecraft leves are offered by the Adventurers' Guild levemete in the city-state containing the tradecraft guild as well as at specific aetheryte camps. Unlike with other leve types, however, the leves available from these two levemetes are different. They are also not random, always offering the same three leves (for a total of six per tier per class). One of the three leves from each levemete will require delivery of the finished items to the location of the other levemete, while the other two require no travel.
It's important to note that the item and shard rewards for tradecraft leves away from the city-states tend to be slightly better, and leves that require travel offer increased experience. The leveling guide for discipines of the hand goes into the types of available leves in more detail.
Grand Company Leves
Grand company leves are similar to battlecraft leves, but with Grand Company-related rewards. The rewards are slightly increased if you do leves for your own Grand Company, but it is possible to do any Grand Company leve you're high enough level for. Grand Company Leves start at level 20, and starting at level 35, one levemete will offer leves for all three Grand Companies. Grand Companies have separate levemetes from other leves, though they are found near the same aetherytes. These Grand Company levemetes can accept supply and provisioning mission hand-ins regardless of your Grand Company affiliation. This differs from the behavior of the main Grand Company desks, who will only accept hand-ins if you are a member of that Grand Company.
